I always try to add some veggies to my fruit smoothies to try and get as many vegetables as I can everyday. I strive for 10 servings of vegetables a day. 🍓🍌🥒🥬

Banana Smoothie Recipe:

3/4 cup of frozen strawberries 1/2 a frozen banana 1 cup of kale 1/2 a mini cucumber 1 cup almond milk 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp chia seed 1 tsp sunflower lecithin 1 tsp of maca root powder 1 tbsp raw honey 1 tbsp Xylitol 1/8 teaspoon stevia

I like my smoothies sweet, so I add extra sweetener. I find it helps mask the taste of the kale and the cucumber. Plus I like it to taste like commercial garbage without the garbage in it! lol ie. tons of sugar without the sugar!
