Smoothie Bowl For Smoother Bowels

Smoothie bowls are all the rage now and for good reason. Not only super delicious but incredibly delicious. These are great for breakfast, lunch, snacks or anytime you want a refreshing healthy treat. Pick you favorite frozen fruits, plant based milk, healthy sweeteners and superfood toppings.


This one is a Very Berry Bowl.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup each frozen organic Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. blackberries

1/2-1 cup organic plant based milk, I used oat milk

1/4 cup organic coconut canned cream

1 tbsp organic chia seeds

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp stevia

Toppings:

Organic Coconut

Organic Cranberries

Organic Pumpkin seeds

Organic Cacao Nibs

Organic Sunflower seeds


Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes. Poor into a bowl then add toppings. Enjoy a delicious, refreshing super healing, anti-inflammatory Smoothie Bowl!
