Gluten-free sugar-free banana bread recipe. This turned out so good! Having treats doesn't mean they have to be bad for you.
Banana Bread Recipe
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of quinoa flour
1/4 cup of arrowroot flour
3/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 piece clove
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
5 ripe mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
2 eggs or two flax eggs1/2 cup walnuts
Start by mixing almond flour and coconut oil. Add the other dry ingredients. Then add the bananas and liquid ingredients. Mix batter well then fold in the walnuts. Pour into loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or longer depending on your oven.
